Catering, cooking, private chef…  I bring to your table a wide culinary experience. Through my gastronomic meanderings, a humble depth and a myriad of flavour. My philosophy is simple: taste, experience, love. I have over twenty years of Catalan, Spanish, Mediterranean and wider world taste influences.  I have cooked in France, Andorra, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey and of course Ireland and the UK. A dinner service resembles having a restaurant brought to your home or villa. This means we offer a full service with a smile, & do the washing-up! What do clients say? Well, they come back, they repeat, they take me travelling with them, and if any word or phrase is recurring on my culinary journey it is… maestro, artist… conjurer! Simply said: I love to cook.
